Telehealth — or telemedicine — is a healthcare solution that allows you to meet with your healthcare provider virtually instead of going to the office. Our 100% HIPAA-compliant system uses a two-way, high definition video, so we can talk face-to-face as if we’re in the same room together. With Telehealth, you can also:
Whether you live close to your healthcare provider or in a rural area, you probably know firsthand that even a routine visit involves wait times of 18 minutes or longer — and that doesn’t even include the time you spend getting there. Telehealth technology eliminates that. Telehealth consultations provide immediate, quality health care for both primary and urgent care needs. Medical issues are addressed privately and conveniently with your provider using a video conference platform, text messaging or phone call. By connecting to your healthcare provider in a virtual setting, you can expect to:
With telemedicine, you don’t have to drive to the doctor’s office. You can see your provider from the comfort of your own home. Virtual visits can be easier to fit into your busy schedule. With telemedicine, depending on your schedule, you may not even have to take time off from work or arrange for child care.
Do you live out of town, or even across the country for part of the year, travel for work or are vacationing? If you want your family member to be involved in the virtual visit, they can, if you authorize it. Telehealth software lets you teleconference with your provider with high-definition video and audio in HIPAA-compliant visits, using your own mobile device. This technology eliminates the need for a trip to Next Level Healthcare.
When you don’t have the time or the ability to visit our office for medical care, you can turn to telehealth. Next Level Healthcare offers telehealth to new and existing patients, giving you the ability to meet with your provider, receive medical care, and be prescribed medication while staying in the comfort of your own home. Telemedicine is available to patients 16 years of age and older. That makes it an ideal healthcare solution for everyone, especially when someone can no longer leave their home safely but still requires medical attention.
At the same time, you also reduce your risk of exposure to contagious illnesses, like the common cold, flu, and COVID-19.
Telemedicine technology has never been easier to use, simply:
