With this program, you will meet with your provider for an initial consultation to discuss your lifestyle and goals. The initial consultation covers weight loss medication evaluation and prescription, if appropriate; therapeutic medical diet review and recommendations; and baseline labs. 

After the initial consultation you will meet with the provider for monthly follow-up appointments to discuss your progress and receive a 30-day prescription refill for weight loss medication. 

This program also includes access to meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and other helpful resources.
